Begin your week with a slow, mindful practice using traditional yoga shapes. Sarah will be offering an opportunity for you to experience a Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practice online. TCTSY provides participants a space to explore what their body needs through offering you options of choice, invitational language, and gentle body awareness exploration.
